How do I contact support for a specific app?
Each of our apps has its own dedicated support page with app-specific FAQs. Click on the app tile above, or send an email to support@slafiy.com and mention the app name in your subject line.
How do in-app purchases work?
All in-app purchases across Slafiy apps are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We don't see your payment info. If a purchase didn't go through or isn't reflected in the app, first try the "Restore Purchases" button inside the app. If that doesn't work, contact support with your order ID.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@slafiy.com from the email associated with your account and specify which app. We'll confirm and delete all your data within 30 days.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@slafiy.com with: app name, device model, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or screen recordings help us fix issues faster.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely. Email support@slafiy.com with "Feature Request — [App Name]" in the subject. We read every suggestion.
Is my data safe across Slafiy apps?
Yes. We use Google Firebase which encrypts data in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data and don't show you ads. See our Privacy Policy and the app-specific privacy page for your app for full details.
