Privacy Policy

Overview

Slafiy ("we", "our", or "us") is a studio that develops and operates mobile games and utility apps. This Privacy Policy describes the general principles that apply across all our products.

Our Privacy Principles

Across all Slafiy apps, we commit to the following principles:

• Minimal collection. We collect only the data that is necessary for an app's functionality.
• Limited advertising. Some apps display advertisements via Google AdMob to support free distribution. App-specific privacy pages list whether ads are used, which identifiers are accessed, and how to opt out (typically by purchasing a one-time ad-free upgrade).
• No data sale. We never sell personal information to third parties.
• Transparency. Every app has a dedicated privacy page explaining exactly what it collects.
• User control. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

Common Third-Party Services

Most of our apps use some of the following infrastructure services. The specific services used by each app are detailed on the app's dedicated privacy page:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging) — Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob — used by apps that show advertisements. See Google's partner services policy.
• Google Play Services — for Google Sign-In and Play Billing on Android
• Apple Sign-In & App Store — for authentication and billing on iOS

Information We Never Collect

Across all our apps, Slafiy itself does not collect:

• Browsing history outside our apps
• Cross-app behavioural profiles built by Slafiy directly
• Biometric data (face, fingerprints)

Apps that include Google AdMob may rely on platform-provided advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) to deliver ads. Use of those identifiers is governed by Google's policies and the consent you give in-app (via the EEA/UK/Switzerland consent dialog) or at the OS level (iOS App Tracking Transparency).

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All payment transactions are processed entirely by:

• Google Play Billing (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)

Slafiy does not receive, process, or store payment card details or financial information. Purchase records are managed by Google and Apple under their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region) across any of our apps. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Regardless of which Slafiy app you use, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent by signing out and uninstalling the app
• File a complaint with your local data protection authority

Data Security

We use industry-standard infrastructure (Google Firebase) that encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong account passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

International Data Transfer

Slafiy is based in Turkey. Our data infrastructure (Firebase) is operated by Google and may store data in data centers located in the European Union or the United States. By using our Apps, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also update app-specific privacy pages and may notify users within the app.
