Tavla Terms of Use

By using Tavla / Backgammon Classic by Slafiy ("the App"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Slafiy does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to add, change, or remove features at any time. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

2. Premium Subscription

Premium features are offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Monthly: $0.99 / month
• Yearly: $10 / year

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the relevant store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. User Conduct

In online mode, chat messages are limited to 200 characters and players are responsible for the content they send. Accounts found to engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, or organized cheating may be suspended or permanently banned without prior warning.

4. Account & Data

Your account data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. For details, see our Privacy Policy. You can delete all your data at any time from inside the App via Settings → Delete My Data, or by emailing support@slafiy.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, artwork, board designs, and code in the App are the property of Slafiy or their respective owners. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or republish parts of the App without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slafiy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of game progress, account data, or subscription content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will provide in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
